DIY Gift Card Envelopes

Do much crafting? End up with a bunch of scraps that you hate to throw away, but you don't know what else to do with them? Use them! Put your scraps and leftovers from old projects together with a bit of recyling and you can make some cute gift card envelopes. Lemme show ya!

1. Grab a toilet paper tube (or cut a paper towel tube in half) and clean off the little bits of paper that may be left on. 2. Flatten the tube. Make sure you get it as flat as you can. 3. Fold in the ends so that you have overlapping edges. 4. It should look like this.

5. Flatten your tube again and cover it with some craft paper. I used some left over paper that I had from a scrapbooking project. 6. Glue the paper onto the tube. 7. Trim the edges to make everything look nice.

Make sure your edges will still close properly!

Here's what I did with mine:

Hugs and poops,

Nichole
